Laser Raster settings:
Note: The recommended settings above may need adjustments for best results.
Settings will vary depending on the Brand watt and model. They were tested on our Universal Laser Systems 60W laser.
Lasering to metallic (black/silver; black/gold; rustic/gold): Defocus by 1/8 inch down, power 23, speed 80, density 4. Make sure image enhancement is turned off.
Lasering to black (gray/black; basketball; football): Defocus by 1/8 inch down, power 25, speed 50, density 4. Make sure image enhancement is turned off.
Clean up:
1. Clean residue after lasering with LA Awesome or any neutral cleaner. Wipe spots with a damp cloth. Alcohol works well for removing pen marks.
