I picked up this 9-piece basalt whiskey stone set and have been happy with it. The stones come in a black velvet pouch, which makes storage easy. One tip from the description that really matters: put them in the freezer and only add them to a drink that is already cold, otherwise they don't do much. The color varies from black to gray, and mine lean dark gray, which looks fine. I didn't choose laser engraving, but the option is there with a 7/8" x 7/8" area. Solid for the price.
